GRINNELL - Anna Mary Heier, 74, class of 1945, died Thursday, March 14, 2002, at Gove County Medical Center, Quinter.
She was born April 26, 1927, in Gove County to George and Theresia (Lovenstein) Zimmerman. She was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of Gove County.
She married Valentine J. Heier on Oct. 20, 1948, in Grainfield. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Grinnell, Daughters of Isabella, Immaculate Conception Altar Society, Senior Citizens board of directors
Other deceased members of the class of 1945 include Peggy Grecian Fulton, Shirley Gillespie Verhoeff, and Valentine Heier.
