William LeRoy Orten was born February 27, 1925 to George and Eva (Weekly) Orten in Grainfield, KS where he attended elementary and high school until his senior year, graduating from the Quinter High School in 1942.  He passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 in the Gove County Medical Center (Long Term Care Facility) at Quinter.

Doreen Boor, 66, class of 1963, passed away at her home in Great Bend, KS on May 31, 2012.  She was born on September 11, 1945 in Quinter, KS to Titus & Mary Matilda (Herzog) Kuntz.  Doreen married Lawrence “Larry” Boor on May 5, 1966 at Great Bend.

Bonita Berniece (Bonnie) Ford, 80, class of 1949, passed away on March 12, 2012. The daughter of Frances and Otto Katt, she was born on October 19, 1931 in Grainfield, KS.  Bonnie married Everett Ford on October 13, 1956.
